“Jennifer was excellent! We were on a business trip all around the UK and we had to book pretty last minute and our schedule kept changing but Jennifer was very accommodating and ensured someone was there to meet us for check in! She checked in on us during our stay and the place was even better than the pictures. The beds were big and comfortable and the duvets were so nice. All the shampoo and body wash available was so thoughtful. We had a great weekend and would definitely book again!”

“Jennifer was fantastic at communicating and getting back to us quickly. The apartment is in a great location just 5 minutes walk to Hyde Park which was great with young kids! There are supermarkets and a good coffee shop super close and very handy to the bus and tube. The home has 3 great sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the kitchen and lounge upstairs are also a perfect size. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again”
